A lip lift (bullhorn technique) is a small-scale surgical procedure that aims to make the lip appear more defined and fuller by reducing the distance between the upper lip and the nose. It provides a permanent correction of lip line and proportion that cannot be achieved with fillers.

His medical journey, which began in 2008 with English-language medical education at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, took shape through plastic surgery. He completed his specialty training at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital, one of Turkey's long-established plastic surgery clinics, and subsequently served as a plastic surgery specialist at Erzurum City Hospital for 2 years.
Since 2023, he has been practicing at Yılmazer Clinic in Istanbul, guided by innovative technologies and a scientific approach. In lip lift procedures, the priorities are a natural appearance, respect for proportions, and functional continuity; for each patient, a detailed analysis is performed and the technical choices are planned individually.
